Nam Long Group (HOSE:NLG) introduced Akari City Phase 2, recording more than vnd 1,400 billion in sales

On March 19, 2022, Nam Long (Hose: NLG) successfully held the Introduction Ceremony of Flora Akari AK7, AK8 in Akari City’s phase 2 (8.5ha, Binh Tan). At the event, 500 apartments were launched to market, contributing more than VND 1,400 billion in sales revenue to NLG’s 2022 plan.

On March 19, 2022, Nam Long Group (NLG) and its two Japanese partners, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad, hosted the introduction and registration for 500 Flora apartments of blocks AK7, AK8 in Akari City phase 2. Estimated sales was more than VND 1,400 billion within just 4 hours, with absorption rate reaching 85% of the number of products launched.
